Ceremonies

Can I have my ceremony on-site?

Yes, we have two options for on-site ceremonies. Depending on the season or weather you can either host the ceremony in our Hidden Garden or our Heritage Barn.

Do you offer rehearsals?

Yes! We do host rehearsals on-site, however a rehearsal dinner would take place elsewhere. We typically schedule your rehearsal 4-5 month prior wedding day. Rehearsals are always the week of the wedding, but not necessarily the day before as the venue hosts weddings & events throughout the week. We do not host rehearsals on the weekends.

Can my dog participate in the ceremony?

Yes! We allow dogs/animals as part of an outdoor ceremony only.  We do not allow any dogs/animals in the building except for service dogs. Once the ceremony is complete, we ask that you have someone on site ready to take the dog home. You will be responsible for providing care/food/water during the time the dog is onsite as well as any cleanup of waste if needed.

If I plan an outdoor ceremony and it rains, where do I get married?

An outdoor ceremony is ideal for any guest count (up to 150), while the mansion can be used for smaller ceremonies (up to 50 guests).  In the case of inclement weather, larger ceremonies can be held in the Heritage Barn, in front of the fireplace.

Food & Beverage

Can we bring our own food and alcohol?

No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage. We have a dedicated chef with over 10 years of experience that prepares and cooks all food items right on site. We have carefully designed our menu to cater to different styles, needs and wants. We also proudly accommodate allergies! Cakes or cupcakes can be brought from a licensed bakery. No other pastry or dessert items may be brought in.

Is there a cake cutting fee?

No! We will be more than happy to cut and serve the wedding cake that you supply at no cost!We do require the cake come from a licensed bakery.

Do you provide food tastings?

Yes! We host an annual Grand Tasting event for all contracted couples.  This is complimentary for our couples only.  Our Grand Tasting is usually held in the winter months prior to the wedding date.

General Venue

How can I visit the venue?

What’s your guest capacity?

We can seat a maximum of 150 guests with a full dance floor. The Estate House is perfect for smaller gatherings of up to 50 guests.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes! We have handicap parking. The Estate House has a ramp for entrance to the first floor. There is no elevator access to second or third floors. Our restrooms located in the Barn feature a handicap accessible stall.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes! We do have a preferred vendors list to get you started in your research, but you are able to provide your own vendors including florists, photographers, videographers, band or DJ, provided they have liability insurance and sign our vendor contract!

How long is the venue rental, and is there a curfew?

A reception-only rental is for a 5-hour time period.  An on-site ceremony with reception is for a 6-hour period (30 minutes of guest arrival, 30 minutes of ceremony time).  Please review rental times below.  All weddings conclude by 12 am.

Monday – Friday rental times can be any 5 time period, if ceremony is added on site it will begin 30 minutes prior to the reception start time.

Saturday afternoon on-site ceremony begin at 10:30am, with reception from 11:00am – 3:00pm.
Saturday evening on-site ceremony begins at 5:30pm, with reception from 6:00pm – 11:00pm.
Sunday afternoon on-site ceremony begin at 10:00am, with reception from 10:30am – 2:30pm.
Sunday evening on-site ceremony begins at 4:30pm, with reception from 5:00pm – 10:00pm.

Event can start later but cannot begin earlier.An additional hour can be purchased; please speak with your wedding coordinator

Do you host multiple weddings at the same time?

No! We host only one wedding at a time, the entire facility is for you and your guests while you are here.

My wedding is booked, who do I reach out to with questions?

We are beyond excited to be celebrating your wedding with you! You will be assigned a planning coordinator the year of your wedding, but if you have any questions before that please reach out to the coordinator who gave you your tour or call our office and we would be happy to help point you in the right direction!

We want to do a first look, can we do that onsite?

If you are holding your ceremony at our venue, you are allowed access to the building 1 hour prior to the start of your ceremony.  If you require more than 1 hour for first look photos, in some cases, there are options to purchase additional time.  You would need to schedule this with your wedding coordinator.

Do you have any decoration restrictions or charge a decoration setup fee?

The Evermore at Peirce Farm Estate is a flame free venue, preserving and protecting our historic buildings and landscape, however we allow all battery operated lighting elements.

We do not charge for a decoration setup fee as long as it is within reason.  If it requires more than one staff for additional setup, there may be an additional charge added to your final bill.  We do not allow confetti, rice, bird seed or anything that needs to be adhered to the walls or could damage the property. We allow only real flower petals for outdoor ceremonies and only silk flower petals for indoors. All items that are brought in need to be unpacked and unwrapped.  All Evermore décor remains where it is… the good news is that the property is beautifully decorated!

Is there parking available on site?

We have parking for about 50-55 cars.

Is the Barn air conditions and/or heated?

Yes! The barn has heat and central air to keep you and your guests comfortable all year long!

Pricing & Payments

Do you accept credit cards and are there any fee’s with this payment option?

We do accept major credit cards for the initial payment with no processing fee’s.  Any other additional wedding payments or final wedding balance we accept bank check, personal checks, or cash.

What is your deposit and payment structure?

We require a non-refundable payment at the time of contract signing to keep your wedding date.  From there, we require two additional scheduled payments spaced out between when you book and your actual wedding date. The final wedding balance is due at the time of your final meeting which is approximately 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding date. All payment amounts will be discussed prior to your contract signing.

Are Sundays of Holiday Weekends a different rate?

Yes, the Sunday of any holiday weekend is treated the same as a Saturday evening to include the same adult guest minimum and venue rental fee.

Who is considered an adult guest?

Any guest who will be ordering an adult sized entrée. Children 12 and under who are ordering a children’s meal are not considered adults and do not count towards the adult guest minimum. Your vendors do not count toward your guest minimum.

Do you require any pricing/guest minimums?

We do not require a spending minimum however we do require a certain adult guest minimum on specific weekday/weeknight options along with venue rental fee’s that vary depending on the season.  Adult guest minimums range anywhere from 75 adult guests Monday – Thursday; to 125 adult guests for our most popular Saturday evening openings.

We also offer Small But Mighty weddings for weddings of 2-50 guests on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturday Afternoons (11:00am-3:00pm) & Sunday Afternoons (10:30am-2:30pm). Your vendors do not count toward your guest minimum.  Please send us a message for more details.
